Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) items. Due to the nature of their packaging these items will not be accepted back and refund will not be initiated.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Warranty
Humbee offers a full 1 year warranty for all products sold on our website except PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) items.
Your receipt is both your proof of purchase and warranty card, it must be provided for a warranty claim.
Humbees warranty covers the whole unit of the product and they can be either sent to us for repairs or be completely replaced.
This warranty does NOT cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, use of improper detergents, freezing, neglect or non-compliance with the operating instructions.
The warranty does NOT cover loss of use or other consequential damages arising from any of the above, nor does it cover repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons.
The warranty is void if the products are used for commercial, rental, or industrial purposes.
Humbee will replace damaged accessories or parts such as pressure washer hose/spray gun or Decanter bottles for the entire duration of the warranty.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for warranty claims. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We will however pay for the shipping of replacement units and parts back to you.
